Modesto Art Co-op, free art rental program, Promoting the Modesto Art Community

Our goal is to promote Modesto area artists, by bringing Modesto business owners and local artists together. This FREE rental program benefits both the Modesto business owner and the artist.

The Business Owner gets a change in décor with a periodic change in artwork, which might also bring in more business. Customers will want to see “what’s new”. You select the art you would like to hang from our online gallery. You then contact the artist directly to schedule hanging of the art. How the art is hung is between you and the artist. How long you keep the art is also between you and the artist. We only ask that you hang the art for at least 30 days, unless the artwork sells.

The Artist gets more exposure in the Modesto area than they otherwise would have. We ask that all artwork be ready for sale with price and contact information. All pieces should look professional, be framed or gallery wrapped and ready to hang. It is the artist’s responsibility to handle the sales. Please let us know when your artwork sells so we can keep the gallery up to date. There is a small fee to join.
